This is of course also the situation for Grundfos. The key element in this journey is our employees. We have a responsibility to develop our employees personally and professionally to ensure personal growth and to sustain an innovative and sustainable business. Employee development In Grundfos, we have our own training academy. Named after our founder, the Poul Due Jensen Academy provides the framework and the ideal setting for our employees to develop their competencies. From specific sales courses to more general leadership courses, the academy brings together hundreds of Grundfos employees each year. It is the aim at Grundfos that each white- and blue-collar employee should complete an EDD (Employee Development Dialogue) each year.
