grundfos FIELD WARRANTY PROGRAM Introducing The New GRUNDFOS FIELD WARRANTY PROGRAM The NEW Grundfos Field Warranty Program Effective from 1 December 2019, the manual field warranty program will be terminated, and no manual field warranty claims will be accepted. To continue to lodge Field Warranty Claims, you must have signed and returned the new Field Warranty Program Contract and lodge all claims electronically, via our new online portal. What is the Grundfos Field Warranty Program? The Grundfos Field Warranty Program is an industry leading program that allows selected Authorised Grundfos Dealers to make warranty assessments on (selected) Grundfos products within their own premises, rather than returning the product to Grundfos for assessment. The Field Warranty Program improves the service you can offer your end user customers and reduces your workload in having to operate through our standard warranty processes. Why have we reviewed the Grundfos Field Warranty Program? In a bid to improve the quality of the data we gather from warranty claims, and ultimately to increase our awareness of potential product quality or other issues, we have reviewed our existing Field Warranty Program. We’ve also taken the opportunity to bring the portal online, which gives some great benefits for usability and traceability. How do I sign up? Participation in the Field Warranty Program is strictly by invitation only. Please complete your details by following the link in the introduction letter sent to you, and a customised contract will be prepared and emailed to you. Once signed and returned, you’ll receive your login details to our new online portal! What’s in it for you? Grundfos’ new online portal makes it easier for you to enter your field warranty claims: • All eligible field warranty products are loaded to the portal – start typing in a part number or description to find the eligible product • All warranty periods built into the portal • You must load documents or photographs to support your claim – from your computer, tablet or phone • The online portal allows for tracking of your claims - and for you to view your claim history What’s instore for the future?
