Traffic is moving slowly and heavily, while thriving and growing industry is making an impact on the air quality. This is a trend the Chinese government is working to turn around, with a much more ambitious climate strategy. But the prospect of changing this, and turning the climate curve is bright, also because of partnerships like the one between Grundfos and Midea. “Together, we can actually play a part in moving China towards a greener tomorrow by making energy efficient and reliable heating sources available to consumers. At the same time the high demands placed on us and our solutions keep us on our toes, as our customer expects nothing but the very best from us,” says Ji Wei Li, Group Key Account Manager at Grundfos China. “Because of the high quality of their products, and the strong knowledge of their people, we feel that our general product quality and efficiency is heightened by this partnership, and this is very important to us,” highlights Peter Zhang, who also emphasises that it holds great value that the companies share the same philosophy, when it comes to quality and energy efficiency, as well as caring for society.
