Photo: Ruth Pavion 2022 Grundfos People Awards In 2022, Grundfos employees can apply from 21 February to 18 April. pdjf.dk/grundfos-people-awards Environmental Impact Award (EUR 10,000) The prize money is divided equally between the members of the winning team: Luis Antonio Flores Vasquez, José Manuel Goméz Barrera, Irma Gabriela Nino Tovar and Adela Angélica Hernández Muniz , Mexico: For their Wastewater treatment project for re-use in production processes, obtaining water savings using our technologies in a country where water scarcity is a real challenge. Community Engagement Award (EUR 20,000) Grundfos Colombia The project Water for Indigenous Wayuu Families in La Guajira provides 400 indigenous people in the Wayuu community with access to basic resources such as safe water, school meals, and time for learning at school (see page 13). The prize money is transferred to the NGO partner, NuevaLife Foundation. Health, Safety and Well-being Award (EUR 10,000) The prize money is divided equally between the members of the winning team: Letitia Winston, Deborah Petersen and Victoria Mulford , Great Britain: For their "Nelly the Elephant in the Room" campaign to start a dialogue on the topic of stress and well-being in a thoughtful and humorous way. 15
