Photo: DIF In 1968, when Poul Due Jensen set up one of the world's first privately held sheltered workshops, the flex workshop at Grundfos, it created a new space in the labour market for marginalised people. It was a whole new way of looking at human resources and creating new communities. The Grundfos Foundation’s Inclusion programme stands on the shoulders of this tradition. We want to help spread this way of thinking while helping to build the ‘flex workshops of the future’ through developing new flexible approaches to solve societal challenges to which a solution is yet to be found. 51
