GRUNDFOS FOUNDATION GOVERNANCE New company structure In 2025, the Grundfos Foundation has established a new company structure, transferring its securities to a wholly owned holding company. The Foundation’s investment portfolio was transferred to a wholly owned holding company, PDJF A/S, on 1 January 2025. The ownership of Grundfos Holding A/S and PDJF Direct Invest ApS was transferred from the Foundation to PDJF A/S on 1 March 2025. The Foundation’s purpose remains unchanged and will continue to focus on the development of the Grundfos Group as well as philanthropic contributions to social and scientific areas. The Foundation originally established PDJF A/S in 2024 to construct and own the upcoming Grundfos headquarters in Bjerringbro. PDJF Direct Invest ApS (est. 2023) primarily invests in companies outside of Grundfos, such as TEMcompany ApS. In this financial overview, the Grundfos Foundation and its wholly owned subsidiaries are considered as one entity.
