TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GRUNDFOS SCALA2 $150 CASHBACK PROMOTION 1. The Promoter in Australia is Grundfos Pumps Pty Ltd, 515 South Road, Regency Park, South Australia, Australia, 5010, ABN 90 007 920 765 (hereinafter ‘Grundfos’). The Promoter in New Zealand is Grundfos Pumps NZ Ltd, 17 Beatrice Tinsley Crescent, Albany, Auckland, New Zealand, 0632, NZBN 9429032248067 (hereinafter ‘Grundfos’). 2. These GRUNDFOS SCALA2 CASHBACK PROMOTION Terms & Conditions (hereinafter ‘T&C’) supersede any pre-existing GRUNDFOS SCALA1 CASHBACK PROMOTION stipulations (hereinafter the ‘CASHBACK promotion’). 3. The promotion is only open to buyers of Grundfos products located in Australia or New Zealand, who purchased an eligible Grundfos product from a Grundfos Authorised Dealer in Australia or New Zealand. 4. Eligible products to participate in all elements of this review promotion are: All models of GRUNDFOS SCALA2 PUMPS available for purchase in Australia or New Zealand, (hereinafter the ‘eligible products’). 5. The CASHBACK commences at 00.01am 1 September and closes at 11.59pm 30 November 2025 . 6. The CASHBACK will the paid in the form of a $150 PREZEE Smart eGift Card, in your local currency, for each valid SCALA2 pump purchased during the CASHBACK promotion period. A valid CASHBACK Registration form, with a unique proof of purchase, must have been completed for each pump being claimed. 7. To claim a CASHBACK, you must have purchased an eligible product from the Grundfos SCALA2 range in Australia or New Zealand from a Grundfos Authorised Dealer. 8. To claim a CASHBACK you must have completed an online SCALA2 $150 CASHBACK Registration form https: (//grundfosaustralia.wufoo.com/forms/grundfos-scala2-150- cashback-registration-form/) and provided a proof of purchase which includes the model of pump purchased and the place of purchase. Your name, email address and mobile phone number will be collected for the purposes of sending the $50 Prezzee Smart eGift Card. By submitting a registration each participant confirms that they have been duly informed and agreed that: (1) Grundfos will collect, store, and use entrants’ personal information to assist Grundfos in improving goods and services; and (2) Grundfos might contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including email, mail and commercial electronic messages. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their personal information may be used in the manner described above. CASHBACK claims made on purchases outside of promotion period will not be eligible for the “SCALA2 Cash Back” eGift Card.
